Fruitilicious at Lyneham

We have had a ‘Fruitilicious’ week at Lyneham. A huge thank you to all the parents that sent in fruit donations for our fruit salad, they were delicious. We had fruit from all parts of the world, some we haven’t even heard of, Rambutan, a relative of the lychee, Papaya, Sharon fruit, Physalis, the children have loved exploring all the colours, textures and flavours. We have looked on the map to see where all the fruit comes from, talked about our favourite fruit and learnt about the benefits of eating fruit. A wonderful learning week.
