Children who take part in regular physical exercise are healthy, happy, school ready and sleep better. The recommendation is for children to aim for at least three hours a day. We make sure all the children in our settings get lots of exercise, outside in the garden on bikes, digging and playing with loose parts and also inside when they are building, dancing, mixing and moulding. When the older school children come to us we get straight outside for some football, netball, other team games and lots of running around. All of our Sunny Days little people are busy active individuals!
