Job description: Nursery Manager

 Essential Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration but can also manage independently.

 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nursery team with confidence, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
• Drive nursery improvement and growth, from occupancy targets to curriculum planning.
• Ensure we continue to deliver excellent early years education.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational tasks effectively.
• Be a key liaison with parents and external agencies to promote our services and meet children's needs.

  What We Offer:

• A competitive salary ranging from £29,120 to £33,000 (DOE).
• Ongoing management training and opportunities to pursue further qualifications, such as a Foundation Degree or Early Years Teacher Status (EYT).

Job description: Nursery Cook

 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Cook to join our busy team at Lyneham.

Our ideal candidate will have a catering qualification/Food Hygiene Certificate as well as having experience of working within a catering environment.

You will play an important role working with the team to promote and provide a healthy and nutritious diet whilst ensuring any dietary requirements are met and clearly communicated across the team.

You will be required to assume responsibility for the kitchen, cooking and presenting age-appropriate food to a very high standards in a clean, tidy, and safe environment at all times.

You will work alongside the management team to ensure that all safeguarding procedures are followed in line with the Local Authority whilst following our company policies and procedures.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our busy team based in our nursery in Lyneham.

Job Description: Before and After School Club Leader

Sunny Days Children’s Nursery is a unique and independent day nursery seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Before and After School Club Leader to join our busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed professional to join us as Club Leader in our expanding nursery based in the grounds of Fynamore School in Calne.

Ideally, the successful applicant should have a Level 3 childcare qualification, be confident in working with school aged children in a club environment and most importantly have a passion to deliver high quality fun childcare. This will be rewarded with:

Due to our increasing numbers, we are now recruiting qualified professionals to join our busy teams based in Calne and Lyneham in Wiltshire. 

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Preferably qualified to NVQ Level 3
• Educated to GCSE or equivalent

The successful candidate will be required to:
